First Peoples Voices

500 years ago, the only people living in Canada were the First Peoples. The Indigenous people have a rich history and unique relationship with this land, one that includes chapters of hurt but also new chapters of healing.  Together, through tangible acts of love and hope-filled testimony, Crossroads’ First Peoples Voices continues to be a blessing to Indigenous communities! The founder of 100 Huntley Street and Crossroads, David Mainse, travelled across Canada visiting Indigenous communities from coast to coast.  He is still honoured and remembered today when our team travels to communities where David visited.  We truly walk in his footsteps.

In less than three  years, we have visited 63 Indigenous communities building strong relationships with another sixty communities waiting for us to visit.  First Peoples Voices has produce 107 redemptive Indigenous stories that can be found on our YouTube channel.
