From Stuck to Thriving: Graduation for Bufukhula

They’ve done it! From STUCK to THRIVING – the community of Bufukhula, Mbale, Uganda has broken the cycle of poverty in their village. As a partnered community with Food for the Hungry and their Canadian church partner, CAP Church (North Vancouver), the leaders, churches, and families of this once-forgotten community has achieved great things in agriculture, training, education, savings groups, relationships, and more – and in only 9 years! They are even multiplying what they’ve learned as they are now helping their neighbouring village. It’s an incredible story.
