2020 was a year unlike any other. While the COVID-19 pandemic altered and changed life as we once knew it, many positive things were happening at Thrive.
We took the initiative to pivot quickly and altered our Life Garden Training Program to offer it online via the Thrive Institute. In doing so, our teaching and training methods were suddenly available to learners around the world. This has given the Thrive team great motivation to continue to share this valuable education and training with as many people and communities as possible.
We also upped our commitment to provide nutritious, disease-fighting foods to as many areas as possible. This helped create robust and healthy immune systems for all Thrive staff and community members across East Africa and enabled us to avoid any significant outbreaks.
On top of that, we compiled our favourite transformation stories, statistics and financials from 2020 into this Impact Report.

We hope you find it insightful and a powerful testament to the giant impact that sustainable gardening and organic farming can have throughout the world.
