In this season of many unknowns, it is important to care for our mental health. This is a grounding meditation designed and read by Dr. Hillary McBride (registered clinical counselor and host of the podcasts Other People’s Problems and The Liturgists) for those who may be experiencing heightened anxiety or fear at this time. This meditation is meant to help calm the mind and the body.
