How to Care Without Carrying
We were never meant to carry the troubles of the people we minister to, and with, home with us to weigh us down.
Connecting Streams equips and mobilizes the Church to help society’s vulnerable populations know Jesus and experience His power to change the world. Through partnerships and teams, we build trusting relationships that foster faith and hope. We have teams of volunteers serving regularly in a variety of areas including inner city, addiction recovery, prisons, long-term care and seniors, widows, and newcomers to Canada. As people step out in faith to share the gospel with vulnerable populations, they are mutually transformed by the work of Jesus. www.connectingstreams.com
