Gathering Markit is on a mission to tackle food insecurity with the dignity of choice and the convenience of meal kits. As a non- profit, boutique style, grocery market we make food affordable and convenient for the vulnerable in our community. Each week we source donated and rescued food to prepare meal kits and baking kits. All the ingredients are portioned out, the vegetables and meat are packaged, the spices are mixed and the recipe is included. Our kits are simple and provide step by step instructions to guarantee a successful outcome for any beginner home cook. Single Moms and Dad's, Seniors and struggling individuals, find dignity as they choose and purchase affordable fruits and vegetables and they find convenience in a ready made meal kit. Our customers are learning new skills while taking pride in putting a home cooked meal on the table each night. For only $5 our meal kits can feed a family of four!
